How to install and activate your eSIM

How to activate eSIM

To activate the line, read the QR Code on the device you will be using. Make sure the device is connected to a Wi-Fi network to complete activation.

After purchasing the QR Code at a Claro store , follow the activation process on your device. Check below the instructions to activate the eSIM on your smartphone, according to the operating system used.

Apple

  1. Go to "Settings";
  2. Click on "Mobile";
  3. Then click on "Add eSim";
  4. Click on "Use QR code";
  5. Position the camera to scan the QR code.

Samsung

  1. Go to Settings;
  2. Click on "Connections";
  3. Select "SIM Manager";
  4. Click on "Add eSim" (or mobile plan);
  5. Click on "Read operator QR Code";
  6. Position the camera to read the QR Code;
  7. Select "Add".

Motorola Razr1

  1. Access settings;
  2. Click on "Network and Internet";
  3. Click on "Mobile network";
  4. Click on "Advanced";
  5. Click on "Operator" and then "Add operator";
  6. Scan the QR Code.

Moto G53, Motorola Edge 50 Pro and Motorola Edge 50 Fusion

  1. Access settings;
  2. Click on "Network and Internet";
  3. Click on "Mobile network";
  4. Click on "Download a chip";
  5. Scan the QR Code;
  6. Download it;
  7. Go to "Settings - Use SIM card".

Motorola Edge 40, Motorola Edge 40 Neo, Moto G54, Moto G85, Motorola Razr 40, Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, Motorola Razr 50 and Motorola Edge 60 Fusion

1. Access settings;
2. Download a chip;
3. Click on "Network and Internet";
4. Click "Next";
5. Scan the QR Code;
6. Go to settings - "Use chip".
